  • 100 gram Susu UHT
  • 75 gram DCC Chockely Premium
  • 1 butir telur
  • 50 gram Gula
  • 40 gram SKM
  • 80 gram Minyak goreng
  • 50 gram Terigu Protein sedang
  • 15 gram Cokclat bubuk
  • ¼ sdt Baking powder
  • ¼ sdt Soda kue
  • Garam secukupnya

GLAZE COKLAT

Instructions

Chocolate moist cake
  • Lelehkan coklat lalu tambahkan susu cair UHT, aduk rata
  • Campurkan semua bahan, aduk rata, lalu tuangkan kedalam loyang, panggang dalam oven sampai matang
Chocolate peanut mousse
  • Rendam glatine dalam air
  • Panaskan susu cair lalu masukkan gelatin, aduk rata.
  • Campurkan DCC dan peanut butter, tuangkan campuran susu selagi panas, aduk rata.
  • Tambahkan krim kocok, aduk rata.
Glaze coklat
  • Lelehkan DCC
  • Rendam gelatin dalam air
  • Panaskan susu cair lalu tuangkan ke bahan diatas, aduk rata
